Please read all of the information provided below for details on our policy and process. Please review your order as soon as it arrives. Georgia Kate Boutique provides TEN (10) total days from date/receipt of delivery to request an even exchange but for a different size. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer refunds to your original method of payment.
*Styles within Markdown/Sale Collection are considered final sale and not eligible for exchanges or store credit. This applies to sale styles cross-marketed in relevant product categories.
1. Items can only be returned for an even exchange of a different size. In the event an item is sold out, store credit will be issued for value of the item at the time of original purchase.
2. An item being returned, for the purpose of an exchange for size, must be received within TEN (10) total days of the date/receipt of delivery to you whether item was shipped or was a local pick up.
3. All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE and Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
4. Belts, personalized items, bodysuits, clutches, purses/handbags, hats, hair accessories, jewelry, scarves and undergarments/undergarment accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
5. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed with tags still attached, and in the original condition. Any items with signs of wear or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
6. All shipping fees paid, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless there was an error on our end. Shipping fees incurred to return for exchange are shopper responsibility. For your convenience, a return label for your return is available, at your request. Please note that this service fee will be deducted from eligible store credit issued.
7. If an item needs to be exchanged for a different size, please send an email to: info@georgiakateboutique and be sure to include your order number, subject item and description of your need. Once confirmation has been sent to you, please request a tracking number from your shipper and any insurance if value of return is over $75.00.
8. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received by us. If your return is for an even exchange but for a different size, your order will be processed and sent back out to you. An order confirmation (return process) email will be sent to the email on the original order.
9. Item(s) returned without a confirmed approval and/or returned AFTER the 10 day period, will not be accepted.
10. If an incorrect item was sent or something is missing, please contact us right away so that we can correct the mishap.
11. If you feel you have received a defective a product, we require notification to us within THREE (3) total days of date/receipt of delivery of your order. We reserve the right to deny a return if it is not reported to us within THREE (3) total days of date/receipt of delivery.
12. Only one exchange request per item. We can only accommodate exchange requests for same style but for a different size.
*Due to items selling out quickly and our inventory refreshing frequently, we cannot guarantee availability of an item for an even exchange but for a different size. Exchange Tip-HIGHLY RECOMMEND to go ahead and purchase the size you would like to make sure and guarantee it's yours.
13. Original shipping fees(if applicable) are non-refundable and return shipping/insurance is customer responsibility. **Any exceptions are at discretion and on individual basis.**
Georgia Kate reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, final sale items, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy, shows signs of commercial use for photoshoots and/or productions, or if an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern is identified and associated with your account.
Returns to us must be sent with tracking. Items over $75.00, should have shipping insurance as a safeguard and protection in the event your return is lost/stolen in transit. Though shipping insurance is at customer discretion, please note that we cannot guarantee any return/store credit or refund(at discretion based on case) on items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit back to us.
*If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
*If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their shipping address on file, then gifted, any returns initiated by the recipient will generate a store credit back to the original purchaser/gift giver.
