What are your shipping options?

We have several domestic shipping options to choose from upon checkout. For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner. For boutique customers in the southeast Kansas City metro area we do offer free local pickup.

Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!

Free US Shipping on Orders $100.00 & Over - Our boutique offers free shipping on all US orders over $100. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once they are processed they will reach their destination in 3-7 business days.

Free Local Pickup - We offer free local order pickup if you are in the southeast Kansas City metro area. Orders placed on IN STOCK items will be ready within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once your order is ready, we will notify you either by call, text or email, or all three, if you choose.

Standard USPS Shipping $6.00- Orders are shipped using USPS. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days. Once they are processed they will reach their destination within 3 business days.

Next Day Shipping - $34.95 - Orders placed by 12:00 PM (NOON) will ship out the same day and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM (NOON) will ship out the next business day.

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please note: delays imposed by UPS/USPS/FedEx, and/or weather related delays, are beyond our control.

What are your International Shipping rates? 

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States. 

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship next business day after the order has been placed! We’ll email you the tracking information as soon as your order ships. We do offer expedited shipping options if you’re shopping in a hurry. For free shipping from our boutique, processing may take up to two business days.

**We know shipping expenses can take the fun out of your overall shopping with purpose experience. Shipping costs are expensive for small businesses and we can assure you that we do not make a profit on any shipping fees. You have a choice. Thank you for choosing Georgia Kate. Important Details to Remember for Returns / Exchanges

Georgia Kate Boutique strives to provide impeccable customer service to you, our loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with an item or it isn’t the best fit, let us help make it right for you. Please read all of the information provided below for details on our policy and process. 

**Please review your order as soon as it arrives. Georgia Kate Boutique provides FOURTEEN (14) total days from date/receipt of delivery to contact us for an even exchange but for a different size. In the event, an item is sold out or a size is not available, we will gladly issue a store credit. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer refunds to your original method of payment.

1. Items can ONLY be returned for an even exchange of a different size OR store credit.

2. An item being returned, for the purpose of an exchange for size or for store credit, must be received within FOURTEEN (14) total days of the date/receipt of delivery to you whether item was shipped or was a local pick up.

3. All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.

4. Belts, personalized items, bodysuits, clutches, purses/handbags, hats, hair accessories, jewelry, scarves and undergarments/undergarment accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.

5. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed with tags still attached, and in the original condition. Any items with signs of wear or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

6. All shipping fees paid, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless there was an error on our end. Shipping fees incurred to return for exchange are shopper responsibility. For your convenience, a return label for your return is available, at your request. Return label fee is shopper responsibility. 

7. If returning an item, once confirmation has been sent by us, please request a tracking number from your shipper and any insurance if value of return is over $75.00.

8. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received by us. If your return is for an even exchange but for a different size, your order will be processed and sent back out to you. An order confirmation (return process) email will be sent to the email on the original order. It is imperative that we are notified of an exchange request, so that we can pull aside the exchange item ahead of your return delivery to us, BUT, AFTER we receive confirmation of your return shipment from you. If at this time, it is determined that the item is SOLD OUT, we will issue store credit for the value of the item(s) at the time of purchase, excluding sales tax and shipping(if applicable).

9. If any returned items arrive to us AFTER the 14 day period, we will not be able to accept and process the item and items will be be sent back to you.

*To be eligible for an even exchange or store credit, your item must be unworn, unwashed with tags still attached, and in the original condition. Please be sure it is returned in the original packaging. **Please note that ALL returns will be inspected. We reserve the right to deny a return for even exchange or store credit, if an item(s) is found to have deodorant stains, makeup stains, perfume, or smoke related damage.

*If an incorrect item was sent or something is missing, please contact us right away so that we can correct the mishap.

*If you feel you have received a defective a product, we require notification to us within THREE (3) total days of date/receipt of delivery of your order. We reserve the right to deny a return if it is not reported to us within THREE (3) total days of date/receipt of delivery.

*Due to items selling out quickly and our inventory refreshing frequently, we cannot guarantee availability of an item for an even exchange but for a different size.

*Original shipping fees(if applicable) are non-refundable and return shipping/insurance is customer responsibility. **Any exceptions are at discretion and on individual basis.**

**If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different size, please visit our Exchanges and Store Credit Form found here as a link, or at the bottom of our website.

Once you are on that page, enter your original order number and email used to place the order. You will then follow the prompts to complete all portions of this form and then submit. Please wait for confirmation and mailing instructions before returning the product to us. This process is to ensure proper documentation and tracking of the product in question so that YOU receive the proper exchange or store credit. Returns to us must be sent with tracking. Items over $75.00, should have shipping insurance as a safeguard and protection in the event your return is lost/stolen in transit. Though shipping insurance is at customer discretion, please note that we cannot guarantee any return/store credit or refund(at discretion based on case) on items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit back to us.


*If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

*If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their shipping address on file, then gifted, any returns initiated by the recipient will generate a store credit back to the original purchaser/gift giver.
